😄👏💟The aim of the challenge is to help us become more present and aware of our daily thoughts and habits.
💟The daily prompts (post) we will allow us to reflect, refocus and direct our mindset in a intentional way, instead of letting our sub-conscious mind simply run the show in the background (which is often what leads to looping of unhelpful negative thought patterns).
💟Every day is a gift—the present—an opportunity to do good, improve, change, and recalibrate.
💟My wish is that at the end of the 30 days we have created new daily mindset habits that allow us to live a life full of purpose, joy, self-care, and inner peace.
